I Help Individuals Create Long Lasting Changes & Experience Life Differently With IFS Therapy
You Feel Stuck, like you’re on Autopilot.
Self-criticism, numbing behaviors, and inner conflict hold you back.
You are not experiencing life to its fullest.
It’s like carrying a weight you can’t put down, a feeling that something important is missing.
Even when you try to fix it, it feels like a battle. You react in ways that don't reflect your true self.
The trauma from the past, whether acute or chronic, keeps lingering, never leaving you alone.
You’re tired of dealing with the same problems every day, every week. You want to solve this, but you’re not quite sure how.
You may have had thoughts like:
“Why do I keep doing things I know aren’t good for me?”
“I’m in a constant battle with myself.”
I’m so hard on myself and don’t know how to stop.”
These thoughts reveal the inner struggles many of us face. They stem from our past experiences and the ways we've learned to deal with them.
What's at stake is important. If we don't address these patterns, they can become overwhelming. The feeling of being stuck can become more intense.
But the truth is that we don’t need to feel stuck forever.
Through IFS therapy, transformation is not just possible—it’s within reach.
Healing Inner Conflicts & Trauma with IFS Therapy
IFS therapy is like exploring a house with many rooms. Each room represents a piece of you, shaped by your personality and past experiences (both good and bad).
Through IFS, I will guide you through these rooms to meet each piece of you in a loving way.
By approaching each piece, you can truly understand yourself, and heal the parts of you that need healing.
Imagine feeling:
More grounded and less burdened by internal conflicts.
Feeling compassionate towards yourself, rather than beating yourself up
Better able to make active choices, rather than simply reacting
Feeling less pain with difficult memories of the past
IFS can be the roadmap on the path to healing.
The way you experience life can change for the better.
I’m here to help you make it happen.

I do accept insurance, but I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that if your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use your insurance to cover part of the cost of our sessions.
I am partnered with Thrizer, an innovative platform that automates claim submissions to your insurer for each therapy session. Thrizer allows you to only pay your co-insurance or deductible upfront, with Thrizer covering the remaining fee until insurance reimbursement arrives. Thrizer automatically submits claims, tracks progress, and directly deposits any reimbursements to your bank account, removing the need for paperwork and waiting periods.
If you would like to check whether your insurance plan has Out-Of-Network benefits, then please reach out to me here. Thirzer’s platform allows us to easily check whether your insurance has benefits and how much your reimbursement may be. I am here to guide you through understanding and accessing your out-of-network benefits.

In our first session, we’ll focus on what brings you to therapy, exploring both the positive and challenging aspects of your daily life. Together, we’ll look at your relationships, routines, sources of joy, and different aspects of your identity. We'll also reflect on your past experiences—including those from childhood, adolescence, and adulthood—that have shaped who you are today. Most importantly, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to focus on in our work together.

In our work together, I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic approach that helps you connect with different "parts" of yourself, especially those that may carry burdens or reactions from past experiences.
This process allows you to build a deeper understanding and compassion for yourself, which can support healing. When processing particularly difficult memories or unhelpful beliefs, I may also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR involves specific eye movements or tapping to help your brain process and release painful memories in a way that feels safer and less overwhelming.
Alongside these approaches, I provide practical tools for daily use, helping you address immediate challenges while also working on the deeper roots of your issues so that you can create meaningful, lasting change.
